Re: MILLENNIAL ROLLOVER ...

Today I opened a new account for a 30 year old who has switched jobs. She had a 401K in her previous job that has been rolled over. She will not be adding cash on a regular basis into this portfolio so it is basically a buy, hold and reinvest the dividends portfolio.

Since no new cash will be contributed, we were looking for a balance between high yield and high dividend growth.

This portfolio has a yield of 5.16% and a 5 year dividend growth rate of 9.7%. Since the dividend reinvestment feature will be turned on the numbers look like this.

Portfolio Yield - 5.16%
DG Rate - 9.7%
Reinvestment Assumes - 4% additional growth.

Company - % size of each position

ARCC ... 7.9%
RYLD ... 7.9%
XYLD ... 7.9%
UTG ... 7.9%
DPZ .. 6.7%
LOW ... 6.7%
RFI ... 6.7%
TROW ... 6.7%
ABBV ... 6.6%
COST ... 6.6%
UNP ... 6.6%
BX ... 6.6%
AAPL ... 4.7%
KO ... 4.5%
D ... 3.5%
NKE ... 2.4%
T ... 0.1%
