Not even Trump and a Republican-controlled Congress could overturn it. Nor was it overturned when the Supreme Court ruled against insurance mandates.

Then there was Bush and his Patriot Act, his Medicare Part D benefit, campaign finance reform, and other legislative acts.

Brandon didn't accomplish anything that compared to any of that.
