Or he did, and you won't give him any credit. Just in the last 10 days, he's increased NATO, passed the Chips, passed the first gun measure this century, and shamed R's into voting to help vets. Oh, and got an alternative minimum biz tax and drug price negotiations as part of the climate bill, 2 things I've wanted for a very long time.
