Peeled off 20% of CAH on Buys made 6/2022. Booked a 22% gain and still paying a 3.2% div.

Still cheap at a 13PE. Will add back the shares at/below $50/share. Stocks appears to be in a trading range between $50/share & $60/share.

Moved the proceeds into VZ at $44.75; 8.6 PE and they pay a 5.75% dividend;

Also peeled off 10% WEC a utility at/near all time high and only yielding 2.3%. Been adding to ALE, NWE and NWN utilities w/ higher dividends and at the bottom of their 4 year trading range. These 3 utilities have a 20% upside and yield at/near 4% w/ growing dividends. Utilities have pricing power so I expect revenues to increase as they increase electric/gas prices.
