I see there is a $100k award offered. 'Cryptoqueen' Ruja Ignatova added to FBI's Most Wanted list \| US News \| Sky News That should do it. and she normally has guards and/or associates, and maybe has altered her appearance. I think she would have left a big trail behind that should not be too hard to pickup.
