A presentation covering SiC from onsemi with quite a bit of useful info.

Lots of good news for the overall SiC market but one issue gives me pause. onsemi's SiC ramp has been flawless thus far. They are going to triple revs this year while increasing internal boule capacity by 5x.

If ramping SiC capacity is fairly easy, then Wolfspeed has very little moat. We'll end up with an oversupplied market hurting everybody.
Something to watch.
