They are going to triple revs this year while increasing internal boule capacity by 5x The boule capacity expansion was announced a while ago and keeps getting hyped. Wonder if that means they have trouble finding customers. GTAT didn't have much market share and they were a company with a very troubled past. If ramping SiC capacity is fairly easy, then Wolfspeed has very little moat. We'll end up with an oversupplied market hurting everybody. Onsemi must be selling mainly modules and that is why it ramps so fast. Seems like unless someone already sells into that market then it takes some time. Wolfspeed hasn't announced or I don't think they have even talked about a module factory.
