Ahhh yes, the old 20% rule of a bear trend being over... could be and not to far off... I'm watching the weekly spx charts: A median line (origin 4 Oct) has been reached and in the next couple of weeks we should see what that median line will do with price. Time studies suggest 2nd week in September.
