Your insights project a deep understanding of the radio business and of negotiation skills.

From a negotiation viewpoint, a listener to a radio station is in a position of LOW power, and, needs to maintain continuing good relations with the radio station in order to influence the kind of programs that get put on the air.

An appropriate general tactical strategy for a listener negotiating with a radio station to retain an excellent program such as MONEYTALK should therefore be SOFT and OPEN, not threatening and harsh as the Dipymeister and Kirkout have taken. I would think that means PRAISING the station for carrying Moneytalk, and, ASKING (VERY POLITELY) if there are any ways commercials might be placed so as to preserve the most valuable portions of the programs (for example, the first 10 minutes of each hour when Brinker usually gives his insights about the economy and the market).

We can only hope that damage from the already sent communications will not be a adverse as you predict and that those reading this board will wise up in the future ! It's not nice living in Brinker Blackout Land - I know from personal experience what that's like.
