Now at 66 I have to agree now.. too much energy ... would be too much doggie for me.. very demanding ... but I loved them... came from same litter.. sisters.. but leaper was a rescue... I would hitch the two on a tandem leash around the shoulders and they would pull my son on a toboggan through the Rouge .. I had to run LOl They are LOT of work.. and not dog friendly .. but LOYAL to a fault.. a lot of poor squirrels (you know how they run up a tree 10 feet, turn around and come back say two feet) .. mistake LOl .. we had climber and a leaper.. we had no squirrels, raccons, foxes, raccoons.. for over a dozen years.. chippies though were smarter... :)
