For 8-yr low, assuming an ATH high occurs in 8-16 months, would be to a level higher than today, maybe decline to retouch the prior ATH from above before heading into outer space.

I agree the fundamentals look very positive, in spite of organized efforts to corrupt this market. Can't fool all the people all the time...
