BH In the end Joe will do what he thinks is best. The dividend coming out next month was his decision and his alone. If he feels the best way to get full value for the share holders by year end is to sell the company division by division and make distributions, what would you call the distributions?? As long as the parts are worth more than the whole, I believe this is the way he will go. Please keep in mind this is my opinion. Blair, Joe has indicated he would like to end this thread and use the other one only. Best Regards
