Judging from recycling efforts at the Ontario College I studied my retirement trade at ... recycling is still a murky biz... all teh recycled stuff sorted by depositors into various bins all went to the same place.. the garbage... as the recycling cost too much since the triaging by common folk depositing in the various bins was not accurate... cleaning that up was costly.. so the college decided to just treat it all as garbage... despite the ongoing feelgood facade... call me skeptical
