Bill, DCTC closed on the uptick/ask the previous day and on the bid last night. Take the 1/8 spread an you only really saw a move of 1/16 in the real stock price I for one believe that DCTC at this price has more oppourtunity-value than FTEL since. In my opinion :-) The IPO will happen. FTEL and DCTC have equal shares in the IPO. The IPO will have a significant effect on share price. DCTC has 1/4 the number of shares in the float of FTEL. There are others, I've found during my research, some of which I have already shared here. Of course take this for all it is worth as it is "JUST MY OPINION". BTW I have discussed this with friends who have invested and due to the litigious (sp?) nature of this country I caveat my conversations with "I FEEL", "IT IS MY OPINION". So doing it in email which is recordable is just good sense. IMHO :-) Martin
