Hard to say, warrants convert at a dollar. My opinion and it's just that-is these debs. are in good hands.The 8K is a well written filing,
which lists all holders of both the warrants(maybe inside?) and the debs.,this is very unusual,such openness. I believe management even warned of "equity placement" in one of it's earlier filings. This leaves me to believe management is open,honest,and looking for shareholder value. Rumor has it,insiders hold a boat load of shares..a boatload. These are all very good signs to me,of course I could be jaded by todays price move<lol>. I'm sticking around for awhile,and betting on the entire sector(especially BIAC).The laggards in my opinion will be YSII and KIDS..We'll see..I didn't see the press release until this evening even though the time on it was from this afternoon.It wasn't published until latter(I think).Hopefully this will help build a base and we will see what we will see..DD
PS: I don't think we should underestimate the value of the alliance with Wackenhut(in the private sector) and the ability to operate in the public(municipal,state,and federal) sector.This was an important amendment IMO,to the contract between USXX and WHC.
