Prior this financing, Stuhini had 26,147,776 shares o/s. 4,520,135 total shares were issued in this private placement, so there are now 30,667,911 shares outstanding. Also the company now has 2,302,811 full warrants exercisable at $0.60, which includes 43,243 broker warrants exercisable at $0.50. Share structure is still very tight, considering the size of the known moly resource of 475 million lbs, plus all the potential for silver and gold discoveries. GLTA !
