Gary, Leland will make the 33% up in a jiffy. I don't begrudge or judge other people's good fortune. There is still enough misery for them and all the rest to share in in a lifetime. I like to limit my judgement to my investment: Vivus delivered: major publication in NEJM with $120 mill in sales in 9 months; 2 new factories and one in Ireland planned. Worldwide expansion. In spite of major obstacles and lawsuits. You can say that the execution should have been more perfect: but isn't that too much to ask from a new start? Or that they should have gone into bigger debt built a bigger factory to avoid the product shortage we've had.But what if Vivus had bombed?
