True in terms of diet opinions and a great quote. The quote is not just applicable in this case but a great example how just about any topic gets politized these days.

The to me always fascinating part ... Economics always win out over politics. A great example: The State best known for O&G did backflips to attract a major EV player and will benefit hugely from recent subsidy legislation.
