I finished Season 2 of the Luxembourgian series Capitani and thought it was pretty good, if a bit 'action-y' at times, and there were definitely too many characters to keep track of. properly They ending set up a further season, albeit minus a few of the existing characters.

One funny response I had -- after a few episodes I thought to myself that I must be enjoying it because the episodes just seemed to fly by. Then I checked and remembered the episodes are 30 minutes rather than the usual 45 minutes or longer.

I also breezed through the latest season of Macdonald and Dodds. After an overly campy start, it rpunded out to four enjoyable episodes. The setting, in Bath, remains a key attractant.
