bob, welcome! I guess microcap companies are, as a whole, riskier than others. It seems odd to me, however, that some people (such as some of my friends) think this stock is very risky at these levels yet they would consider it less risky if it were twice or more the current price! Just makes for a longer opportunity to pick it up at bargain basement levels.

I think I posted my experience at one point trying to buy some at a price 1 cent lower than the ask. I had the same experience as you report. As soon as I raised my limit a penny I got filled. BTW, from what I hear there are quite a few buy orders in the wings at prices very near the current level. This stock is likely to explode upward if/when they have a favorable announcement.
