it was understood from the start that rfp is just an initial (trial if you want) order for adsl modems. Of caurse, westel will play their role in the busines and will probably sell a lot of modems in the future. But wstl lost a bit of momentum right now and they probably will not regain this momentum untill mot will start suppling copper gold chips. And that might take few months.
