Your right in the weeks to come the stock will go North. The weather has effected the ability to get produciton moving.It is true however that BCMD is on the record for for projecting production of 40-50 tons in 97. While I believe Chapin is trying to do it right and with some integrity he did not meet with this last comittment of produciton. The weather situation is real but, if consistent production does not begin soon quesitons will arise again about BCMD. With the information that is available BCMD should start it's move soon and those that wait to long will only have El'Nino to blame.
