Yeah....2000 shares would have worked alot better, but all my trading money is still in SMCI!! I had 1700 bucks sitting there so I thought what the hey, might as well practice.

The sad thing is that I had a limit order in at $8 1/8 and it traded at that price for about 10 minutes but never took my order. By the time I switched it to market, and my limit was cancelled, it had already rebounded to $8 7/16. aaarrrrrggggg!!!! IT WAS AN EXCELLENT LESSON AND I STILL MADE $40!!!

E-Trade tells me that they are going to be reducing their rates. As you noted with Datek, they better!!! Ameritrade, Suretrade, Web Street, etc!!! COMPETITION IS GOOD!!!!
