Because they applied for them and there was no oversight Might be biggest fraud in US history so far Even one of Tom Brady's companies got a million dollar forgivable "loan" I think he gave it back when it was reported in the news... Tom Brady worth at least $200 mil, applied for a PPP loan... or at least once of his executives did It's impossible to track down all the fraudulent money that went flying out the door for the covid emergency relief in 2020
