Todd, thanks. To me it seems that nov is stuck because of the decline in nces for the same reason you presented.. "For every $3 NCES rises in price, NOV should increase in price by $1," ] I agree that the management is good & potential price appreciation will be realized. Seems most of the funds & big players are in the market leaders NOV is the leader in Sales volume amongst its competitors. What other stock do you follow?
