In Alaska many homes had electric heat and it was so expensive we could not sell houses with it.

Then a new invention came down of a small oil heater that was like 90% efficient and was only about $1,500 and one could heat 1,000 sq feet for about $500 a year?

That revolutionized how houses are now heated in Alaska and the big old boilers are gone.

I am guessing if natural gas prices rise to high people will simply install these new heaters.
