So any comments on the long awaited earnings? Talked with the IR person today. Optimistic but not enthusiastic about meeting smallcap requirement (my impression). Will know how it works out by 27th.

No numbers on the German bank contract but development is being funded by the bank. They (bank) will not have exclusive licence to the product and Centura should be able to offer it to others.

If they don't meet smallcap requirements, it will be moved to pink sheets and then it becomes harder as tangible net must be 4 mil or better and stock price at 4 dollars or better. Only recourse then will be to do a reverse split. Centura must do everything possible to avoid delisting from smallcap. If it end up in OTC:BB, it will lucky to have any institution following.

I was not aware that earning were to come out today. I established a small position and will let it go at loss if market reacts badly tomorrow. Hope it is received positively.

Forgot to ask about CA debt.

Regards,

JK
