And now, a special food recommendation - I recently spotted Annie's Organics Confetti pancakes at my local store. If you have children visiting or at home, or adults who eat like children, THIS is a great mix. Prepare it as follows for a fluffier pancake- 2 cups of mix, 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk- then cook your pancakes! I do recommend using a silicone brush to brush oil on the pan between pancakes. That little trick has upped the perfection of my pancakes :-) annies.com This mix is so good. Tendabake was my previous favorite but it wasn't organic and it had some interesting additive- but it was SO fluffy. Annie's is just as good (maybe better) and the ingredients are excellent.
