Hi JC, I attended the shareholder's meeting in Milw. today and it was nice to meet the various members of this company. The talk centered around several different topics:
1. Demographics show a labor pinch in construction and OMQP's products are labor saving.
2. Demographics show that the bulge of 40-50 year olds are in their prime spending mode and that includes new construction - again in OMQP's product mix.
3. Purchasing and manufacturing savings with "synergies" on new acquisitions.
4. Cash flow from business is good for continued production equipment improvements and external expansion (acquisition).
5. OMQP now represents 40% of the total market for equipment in the under 130 Hp design.
6. Lease programs now represent a significant portion of total business.
7. Independent dealers are their main point of sale and they represent the bulk of all equipment sales in this horsepower range.
8. Productivity gains can be expected in the newly acquired Lull and Snorkel divisions.

Best regards, Tom
