some seriously giant and exquisite homes here in Palm Beach but, and a big but, people are opening lamenting and talking the possibilities of civil war at one extreme, splitting up the one nation into independent kingdoms of like-minded, and debt jubilee / financial reset all wondering what asset might survive the reset all say bonds dead for sure large cap equity might make it, especially of global companies gold & silver, and some crypto then another round of drinks, more discussions over dinner, finally returning home in quite fancy rides suspect 2024 quite contentious
