A continuation .... Canadian Honkers and Sandhill Cranes, seem to co mingle just fine. Saw cranes vs cranes get a bit picky, but no issues with the honkers vs the cranes. The honkers I suspect came south from the north slope, about 300 plus miles so far. Resting and feeding time. Tweets Nikon P1000. Programmed auto. f/5. 1/250 sec. Iso 250. 567 focal length. Probably about 150 ft away.
