GP,

<I have recently received e-mail, informing me that the SEC HAS been contacted regarding this company and their business practices.>

I do not know how important this piece of information is. May be you can help.

1. Did you get this e-mail from an SEC official informing you that they have launched an investigation of HVSFD? If that is the case, I agree that it should be taken very seriously. Those SEC guys do not initiate an investigation without having a reasonable basis for it.

2. Or, did you receive that e-mail from someone who has filed a complaint with SEC about HVSFD. If this is the case then even if it is true that a complain has been filed, it may not mean much.

Any one can go to SEC website and file a complain about any company at any time without much effort and without much substantiation. Most of these complaints do not provide SEC enough of a basis to initiate an investigation, and are simply filed away.

You yourself, the Batman, and others like you, have been trying to find some thing illegal about this company that you can use in any way possible to discredit or destroy this company. So far you all have been miserably unsuccessful. Either there is not much that is illegal about this company, or you guys do not know what you are doing.

May be you are unable to see the distinction between mismanagement and illegal activities.

If you really have at gut level this feeling that this company is involved in illegal activities, then you need to do some serious research and investigation, and develop enough evidence that will prompt SEC to initiate an investigation into the company affairs. Other wise you may continue to do what you are doing without any meaningful result one way or the other. Eventually people will learn to ignore these dramatic arrivals and departures.

Regarding Batman taking a position in HVSFD as he had promised. Looks like you took his words too seriously. Did you? Do not worry about him taking a long position in HVSFD. He may have other more critical problems to solve for himself and others.

Regards.

Afaq Sarwar
