Michael - Some thoughts I have about CCAM

It's early spring move probably was a result of a broker's buy recommendation (can't remember who it was) along with a return to profitability.

Revenues were flat for 1st 6 mos of 96 vs 95. Earnings were a result of cost control rather than an increase in revenue. I don't expect a 4th qtr positive earnings to have much impact unless it's dramatic or accompanied by a sales increase. Downward price drift indicates neither is likely.
I haven't seen P/Es on CCAM much above 15x. So an EPS of .25 makes it worth what 3.75?

Nothing new or exciting about the company's product offerings to stimulate revenue growth. Company had made some remarks about perhaps acquiring some existing brands from major companies that were reducing their product offerings but that was about a year ago I think.

I don't find a lot to be optimistic about but I'll hang in there. Maybe because I think that the aging company officers will need to do something to bolster the value of their holdings.
