But Hillary had classified docs and should have been jailed, just because. Trump declassified his docs, so a comparison with Hillary is silly.
Just because of what? The fact that Hillary didn't have the power to haphazardly declassify documents?

If the classification status didn't matter, then James Comey is 100% justified in not prosecuting Hillary.
