I agree. I found this video from the content. The author mentions he relied on the works of Michael Hudson.

The book he wrote was bought in volume by the USA government agencies as a "how to book" -lol-

Similarly the Chinese found his book as a text book to help of the strategy to de dollarize. Encouraged him to write a new addition.

I was always a bit bemused how the Japanese angle worked with the USA. Clearer now.
