Very close to pulling the trigger, but will wait a bit here.

Two astro dates coming up, one about 9/6 the other about 9/22.

9/21 or 9/22 = Powell speak day, go figure. I think he raises another .5, which the market probably already has priced in. But I doubt the market goes anywhere until he gives the big word.

OPEN has a good bunch of folks following it, and recommending it for a LT investment.
