Continuation of last week's breakout perhaps. Last week stock surged 3 points to 27 on heavy volume then stalled and went down to 24 or so on lighter volume and today on the heaviest volume of the 6 days it's back upto 27 and was at 27 1/2 sometime after 4:00. I'm no expert at this TA stuff but this appears to be a typical breakout pattern: surge, retracement, and resumption of breakout on heaviest volume... (I guess we better go past 27 with some authority) How far it will go is anybody's guess. No special news out. Besides strong markets do help!
