In my business(real estate), I tell my agents "You've never seen a down market. All this will change. the day will come when multiple offer bidding wars are passe and sellers will be begging you to list their homes." That day is quickly arriving. Biden's bumbling admin has never experienced what it is like to be on the losing side of a war in one's own country. BRICS+ are going to give a lesson to the USA. As a resident, I am more than a little concerned for my kids and grand kids. Biden's NATO bluff on top of his Kabul debacle will likely go down as being two of the stupidest foreign policy moves in the history of the US. When you're in a hole and can't get out, quit digging.
