US wasn’t a part of that agreement. Ukraine shelled Donbas killing civilians, so Vlad was formally correct that they violated Minsk agreement. They were about to take the regions by military force, so Vlad intercepted that
and went on the offensive. Europe, especially Former USSR part, quickly shit their pants and gave birth to enormous anti Russian sentiment. I think it is in part because much of it is ruled by women and their hate for loss of human life in general (Europe does not execute anyone)
Not how it was sold by the western press, huh? And I am not a fan of Vlad, never was.
I think the Minsk agreement was between Russia and Ukraine. It stated not to shell civilians in Donbas.
Vlad did not invade as soon as the shelling started, he warned many times and was ignored.
