With the market -6% last 5 trading secessions here are some Buys & Sells I made

Buys

MHGVY - this is a salmon farmer, generates excellent FCF, I buy their product in my local store MOWI Asa; they are able to maintain pretty good margins w/ current input inflation

LXP - an industrial REIT; 4.7% div; low Debt/Equity=0.19, 111 properties avg 8.8 years; 2.5% rental escalators; 99.8% leased

CTG - IT consulting outsource 13 PE; price/Cash Flow 9.3x companies that upgrade legacy systems use these guys

BLDR - builds trusses for small, medium & large contractors; PE 3.9x; low Debt; ROE 58%

VALE - worlds largest mining company known for their nickel production used in EV batteries; 6.2% div; Generates huge cash flows (Price/Cash flow 2.4x)

ALE - Electric & Water utility services MN, Wis also owns ALLETE Clean Energy; sells at stated BV; 4.4% div

AU - Gold miner; expanding/developing mine in NV USA, 9 PE; Price/Cash Flow 5.26x; 3.4% div

INTC - continue to build position; PE 14x (forward); Price/Cash flow 3.8x; 4.5% div

CNDT - transportation Cloud services for electronic billing City/Municipalities public transport; Icahn a 10% owner; 11.5 PE; 1.7 Price/Cash Flow generates huge cash flows; selling below BV at 0.7 BV

SCCO - copper miner; 13 PE; 6.3% div; part of my copper basket that includes FCX

DOC - new position; healthcare REIT; 16 PE; 5.4% div; supposed to be defensive; looking at most 18% upside and buying at/below $16.50/share

($UTY +16% last 60 days booking some gains)
WEC Pittsburg utility
SRE Southern CA Utility; owns NG lines into Mexico where a subsidiary operates an export LNG facility

Still sitting on one of the largest cash position in last few years at/near 20%. I am hoping to get at least half deployed over the month of September and 1st part of October.

Have peeled off 30% of my large Commodity position (Vanguard VCMDX) +22% YTD (Note was +37% 6/2022 when I started selling).

Portfolio still weighted in Oil & Natural resources.
