No, it's the nature of some people who get to be boss from time to time.it is in the nature of man... just as stupid people are being rapidly removed from the gene pool, those will be removed too.

When human life was tribal and chimpoid alpha male, territorial, hunter-gatherer, found-wealth, genocidal such violent gangster thugs were successful. Ability to conceptualise fourier transforms and invent asic factories, calculate orbital mechanics and electromagnetic fields was irrelevant.

Gene pool mutations, reassortment, and elimination have gone singularity (near enough) with 7 billion people in the maelstrom.

In the 19th century there were only 1 billion. 2000 years ago only 100 million or so. At the end of the last glaciation, hardly any, living in stone age tiny gangs.

Contrary to popular bung thinking, human nature is not fixed, changes rapidly (see Flynn Effect for example), and varies vastly between individuals.
