David, Greg and I have been speculating on a CPQ takeover or equity participation deal. The more I think about it, the more I think we won't get it until AMD gets yields up. That could be next month or it could be never. That's the problem. I personally expect AMD to disappoint this quarter due to the yield problem. Then I want to see a base at the 12-15 level, at which point, it becomes a buy. The main obstacle to a takeover is the existing management, which seems incapable of executing. How many times have they been a day late, a dollar short? I know Intel is great and all, but shareholders have been extremely patient. I don't know how this will play out, but it will be interesting. Let's hear your theory. Matt
