We'll find out in a few more months when the dust settles a bit.

I talk to DSL folks at Siemens, Efficient, Amati, and TI --- and have second-hand reports from others --- and from what they tell me, I'm quite certain there'll be a shake-out in the market by the first part of '99.

And, yes, when the dust settles, we'll be able to see who gets taken off the field in a stretcher and who's left standing.
