We recently bought a new HP 2755e printer.

When printing....anything, it gives this message (see attach graphic). It seems to be default set on "Print on Both Sides". I've looked and can't see how to tell the printer to act normal, and print on just one side.

Any suggestions for how to remove this irritating message?

Alternatively, is there some standard command to reset printer to factory settings?
