If that means chopping down wood, so be it. A couple of problems with that. Fresh cut green wood doesn't burn cleanly and efficiently. Firewood needs time to cure. Also, how many houses, flats, apts in the EU are set up (stoves, furnaces, fireplaces, etc) to even burn the stuff? Europe has screwed itself into an energy starved depression and will be paying the piper this winter..
