All, As a matter of fact, I have a prediction of the witching hour that this large 'all-or-none' sell order will be retracted. Friday the 13th at 1:13 (13:13). This will give Franklin two weeks to bob to the surface giving the preferred holders the maximum conversion profit. I can see why someone here may resist the notion that the stock is, in the long run, actually being manipulated higher, but the float is too small to put up much of a fight. Manipulation is just a silly superstition. (Or is it?) Maybe Valuepecs is the strongman behind it. WH
