Greg ... The outstanding in restricted shares which I do not worry about. It is the float or the free trading float dilution that I worry about. That is what affects us. The total outstanding affects the book value. 29000 shares traded and caused this one to double which tells me the float is extremely small. That is part I look for since when I buy I like to see the move up. At $2.00 it can attract the brokers that do not normally buy stocks under $2.00 and at $3.00 other financial institutions begin to look at it and a $5.00 major stock brokers which includes better MMs come in to play.
