To specifically respond to your second question, two forces are coming into play in my 1999 projections.

The first is that revenues and gross profits can be assumed to grow in 1999, while much of the fixed cost depreciation and amortization remains stable. To show this I should have put everything onto an EBITDA basis....but then I'd be getting a lot of e-mail as to why I was working in a different format than that used by the Company in its reports (I get these questions re MTY, where I have done this....)

The second is that I am assuming slight reductions in overhead expenses and some improvement in gross margins as TASA completes the introductions of new and recently acquired product lines. You can see this from the statistical information provided on the spreadsheet supporting the in-depth Analysis on the web site.
