Re : (maybe) $1.8 billion, spent in 1998 -- my recollection was : a total of $5 billion (either $3 billion "equity" and $2 billion debt financing, or : the other way around, but still totaling $5 billion) was spent. It is possible that my "recollection" is NOT correct ... Jon. . . .
