I don't think, that's why I posted. None of those 20 banks offer bill presentment.....that I could see. Seems to me it wouldn't hurt to ask them if they wanted it.

BTW.....it looks like CyberCash is setting up to go one on one. [merchant to customer]. Here is how they describe the difference between their service and others. CyberCash is working with a company called bluegill bluegill.com to build their system, using the 1 to 1 server. So they fit digital bill presentment model #1.

"How is this different from CheckFree, Visa InterActive and others?
The PayNowT service enables consumers to make payment at the point of sale. With the 'Bill Payment and Presentment' application, this means that billers can present bills on their own Web site and invite their customers to come there to make payments. This facilitates closer relationships between the biller and its customers. Other electronic check services permit the payment of bills electronically, but only through interaction with the service, rather than the biller."
